  Rude folks. This store shows as a Ace hardware store and as such I expected to return item that I had purchased a week earlier from a near by Ace store here. First the csr said they dont carry this product here so they cant accept the returns. I told him I saw the product in their aise;he demanded I show it to him so I showed him the aisle where they carried the product; upon showing he said he still can't accept it. The manager I spoke to came shaking his head saying he won't accept the return. There was no politeness in the way they treated the situation. So Notice to folks like me who think Ace hardware is same like home Depot or better for returns: it is not, it is bad. You have to do return in same store. 2ndly town center location needs some people skills. Also, just perhaps, maybe, or may be not,some diversity training because I could see the difference in treatment. I am gonna call ace corporate and Inquire about their returns policy.
